This cleaner is highly demanded around the globe for its stability and alkaline properties. Ph tolerant MF,UF

  • Apperance : Clear water white to pale Yellow colored liquid
  • General composition: Selective blend of alkali and sequestering, chelating, agents and amphoteric surfactants and acid stable foam booster.
  • Ph : (Neat): >12
  • Application: Stable, Alkaline detergent for cleaning of organic soils, oils & fats.
  • Dosage:0.5% to 5%
  • Temperature of use: 55 to 60 D. C.
  • Contact time: 30 to 45 minutes minimum.
  • After the washing process is over the system should be thoroughly rinsed with DM water , to remove any traces of alkali from the surface.
  • Sometimes use of diluted acid solutions are also recommended - post - alkaline wash.
  • However cleaning of filtration system , is a specialized job, considering the material used for different filters (Mf,Uf,NF etc), choice of cleaners should be related to the tolerance of the membrane filters , and recommendations of their  manufacturers.
  • Handling: Product PW 1245 being a highly alkaline cleaner, it should be handled with care and any direct contact with the skin, eyes should be strictly avoided.
  • Use of suitable hand gloves and safety goggles are strongly recommended.
